When I first started working with Carmen on our powder room, I explained that I wanted to create a room that was comfortable and inviting enough to want to spend time in it. She created something that was even better than I could have imagined - not only was it what I was looking for, she designed something functional. Every little detail took into account our daily needs - from having the right height for the counter so that the children and my elderly mom would be comfortable, to the extra storage space we needed. Her approach was patient and iterative - she showed us several designs and options for everything and made sure we were happy at each step of the process. She took care of every little detail, down to ensuring we had the right color hand towels and decorative accessories. We get so many compliments on our powder room!! We loved her approach so much that she is now working with us on multiple other rooms in the house.
