I am Carmen Henriquez, the CEO and Principal Designer of Carmen Kruz Interiors, and I want to introduce myself and my design philosophy. My approach embraces minimalism, where every aspect of a room must serve a purpose for the inhabitant. The use of color is integral to my design vision, harmoniously blending textures, layers, and hues. I take pride in bringing joy to my clients throughout our collaboration and seeing their satisfaction with the final outcome. Though I appreciate all design styles, my passion lies in modern and contemporary design. I strive to infuse warmth into every project, whether with materials, furnishings, or color palettes. Carmen Henriquez exudes an air of seasoned expertise in the world of interior design, with a proven track record of accomplishments as a visionary visual stylist.
Carmen embarked on a career in Interior Design and Environmental Product Design after graduating from PUCMM, D.R and Altos de Chavon, a Parsons School of Design affiliate. Though the Caribbean influences are in Carmen's DNA, her approach to design has a combination of simplicity, neutral palettes with a pop of color, natural textures, and functionality. This is a result of many years of transforming gorgeous spaces using Scandinavian aesthetics.
